Terms of Service
Effective Date: Nov 13, 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FluxWillow Password Security Tool ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Service is owned and operated by FluxWillow. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service.
2. Educational Purpose
The ratings, scores, and crack time estimates provided by this tool are based on mathematical probabilities and current hardware benchmarks. They are intended for educational and informational purposes only. A "Strong" rating does not guarantee that a password is uncrackable.
2.5 Crack Time Accuracy
Crack time estimates are based on a benchmark of 1 trillion (10¹²) guesses per second, representing a high-end consumer GPU rig or small botnet. State-sponsored actors with distributed networks may exceed this. Treat estimates as relative strength scores, not absolute security guarantees.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the strength-checking algorithm; use automated scripts to scrape the generator or API; input passwords of others without consent; or use this service to facilitate illegal activities.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. FluxWillow is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including data loss or security incidents.
5. External APIs
This Service interacts with the HaveIBeenPwned API. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of external services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.
FluxWillow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected]
